1. Carton flow rack is commonly used for storage of small items,
such as bolts, nuts, shoes packed by boxes, cartons, bins and for
order picking in the logistics centers. With the inclined angle of
the carton flow rails, cartons, boxes, bins will be put on the
upper side and slide down to the other lower side. Boxes, cartons,
bins can move smoothly on the rollers by gravity. Once the boxes,
cartons, and bins being removed from the lower side, the next
carton, box or bin slides forward automatically. With high storage
efficiency, it is the appropriate type for short-term storage and
picking.
2. They are many different types of carton flow racks or their
variables, racking system with roller lanes, or wheel lanes or
inclined shelving.
Features:
- Plastic rollers with galvanized / aluminium channel shaped
bracket enable goods to be glide smoothly from the upper side to
the lower side. FIFO working flow can be realized.
