Description:
1. Pallet shuttle should be compatible with radio shuttle storage
racking system. Main parts of the radio shuttle storage racking
system are different from drive in rack, push back rack.
2. The function of the shuttle is to carry the pallet with goods in
and out of the channel type racking, but forklifts are needed for
picking up from the end of the channel type racking or putting the
pallet with goods in.
Functions:
- Manual mode: to control the shuttles moving in or out manually.
Normally for commissioning or troubleshooting.
- Semi-Manual mode: to perform single storage instruction and
single retrieval instruction.
- Auto mode: shuttles move the pallets with goods in and out
automatically by setting the remote control.
- Pallet search & self-positioning mode: to distribute the pallets
in the specific location by detecting the shape and size of the
pallet with goods.
- Self-checking: to check the pallet quantities, to cope with the
problems automatically and alarm when lack of electricity.
